Return Policy

Safe Choice, Inc is committed to your satisfaction. We offer a limited money back guarantee for the purchase price (shipping and handling charges will not be refunded) on all Safe Choice, Inc products. If you are not completely satisfied with any product you purchase from Safe Choice, Inc, you may return it within 30 days of the original invoice date (ship proof of date) for a full credit or refund. All expenses associated with returns are the responsibility of the customer. Customers will forfeit any applicable discounts when returning items that were part of a promotional sale. Shipping information If you wish to return a product for credit, ensure fast and accurate processing of your return by simply doing the following: 1) Call Safe Choice, Inc. at 855.697.6653 or 702.410.7799 to obtain a Return Authorization Number; Secure the product and all original packaging materials, including a note explaining why you wish to make a return; 2) Include a copy of the invoice; Pay the return shipping charges and ship to: Safe Choice, Inc. / Returns 760 Montgomery St. Suite #6H Brooklyn NY 11213 Safe Choice, Inc. is not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping. Therefore, it is the customer's responsibility to insure the return shipment. Please take notice, packages without a Return Authorization Number will not be refunded or accepted by Safe Choice, Inc. Items returned must be in the same condition as they were sent. Returned items must be unopened and undamaged. Damaged items will not be refunded. Any opened products must include a statement of manufacturer or design defect to warrant refund. Returns based upon manufacturer or design defect is at the sole discretion of Safe Choice, Inc. See WARRANTY CONSIDERATIONS below. Once we evaluate the product for damage or defects, and find that there is a defect, a replacement or refund will be shipped, in accordance with the specifications of the return authorization form and the availability of the item. If, after evaluation, no defect is found, there will be an additional charge to reship the item back to you. Any items returned to Safe Choice, Inc. after the 30 days from the date of the original shipment will not be refunded. This offer applies to a maximum of two (2) items. If the number of items exceeds two (2), a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Warranty considerations Safe Choice, Inc. will not accept any returned items if the above shipping directives are not followed. See SHIPPING INFORMATION above. In the event a manufacturing defect occurs, Safe Choice, Inc. will replace the defective part or parts. Such replacement will be at Safe Choice, Inc.'s sole discretion. Safe Choice, Inc. warrants its products to be free of defective material under normal use for a period of two (2) years from date of shipment. Where a product defect occurs, under this warranty, it shall be limited to the replacement or refund of the defective part, and Safe Choice, Inc. will not be responsible for damages or injury caused to other products, property or persons. Please note that this warranty shall be null and void if the product has been altered, misapplied or misused. Loss or damages resulting from misuse does not constitute a defect covered under this warranty, nor will Safe Choice, Inc. be responsible in any way for such damage or loss. Safe Choice, Inc. does not guarantee the suitability of its products for any particular person, and cannot anticipate the various conditions under which its products may be used, outside of the stated instructions included in the shipping package. All products are sold with this limited warranty and each buyer assumes all responsibility for loss or damage, including consequential damage, arising from the handling and use of products whether used in accordance with Safe Choice, Inc. directions or otherwise.
